Facilities
Car Park - Car parking is available at the site. Cars are allowed on the site for unloading only. Coaches can not access the campsite, and must unload on the main road. Carts are available in the huts for this purpose. Water - Taps are situated in the toilet blocks. Please note that water is metered. All water on the site is drinking water. A tap is also situated near to the Campfire site. Cooking - There are facilities for outdoor fires. Alter fires are available with permenant fire shelters. Any fallen timber on site can be used for firewood. Although at times it can be in short supply. No cooking is allowed in the huts. Electricity - Toilet blocks and all huts have lighting. Electric showers run on tokens, available from the booking secretary (these tokens are 20p each). |
